encourages viewers to think about their perception of race and how statistics affect their racial stereotypes. After donning special glasses, viewers will see statistics displayed about the race of each person they look at. Sometimes the statistics the viewer sees will reinforce stereotypes that he or she holds, and other times the statistics will contradict them. In both cases, viewers are forced to come to terms with the role statistics play in assessing and judging the character of the people that they interact with.
